Reviews
“He took the time to understand our business, explained things in plain English, and focused on what would actually move the needle rather than trying to sell us services we didn’t need.”

The plain English bit
Audits and fixes, Australia wide
Every engagement starts with a free website audit: a plain English report on what’s working, what’s broken, and what it would cost to fix. From there you choose your own path.
Fix first, rebuild when it’s right
A targeted fix package addresses one or two specific issues, like a broken contact form or slow load times. A full site optimisation covers design, copy, speed, security, and local SEO basics.
WordPress builds you own
If you need a new site from the ground up, we handle the full WordPress build: custom design, proper hosting setup, and training. No retainers, no lock-in contracts, no jargon. More on our Wollongong web design.
Sitework Co is based in Wollongong and serves small businesses across the Illawarra, Sydney, and the rest of Australia. For more on supporting your small business online, see business.gov.au.

FAQ
What’s included in the free audit?
A written report on your existing site covering performance, mobile experience, SEO setup, lead generation issues, and security. You get specific findings and prioritised recommendations. No obligation to proceed.
How long does a typical project take?
Most fixes land within one to two weeks. A full optimisation runs two to four weeks, and a new build three to six weeks depending on scope. You get a clear timeline with your quote.
Do you work with Wix or Squarespace sites?
Yes, audits cover any platform. They’re legitimate tools for plenty of businesses; we’ll tell you honestly whether staying put or moving to WordPress serves you better, including the hidden costs either way.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support. After that, optional ongoing care from $79/month covers updates, backups, and security monitoring. No lock-in.
